M. Gene Shantz is a full time forensic investigator with extensive training in computer forensic investigations. He attended the IACIS (International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist) 2007 Florida Conference and successfully completed the CFCE process obtaining the coveted Certified Forensic Computer Examiner title. M. Gene Shantz is a member in good standing with the IACIS organization and serves as a volunteer staff member which includes coaching and mentoring of new IACIS members attempting to achieve the CFCE certification, and develops and instructs classroom material for the basic conferences.

M. Gene Shantz has testified in court as an expert witness and has been involved in numerous investigations that resulted in the successful prosecution of criminals.
